Summary Performs accurate cycle counts of dry ingredients Performs accurate cycle counts of packaging materials Performs accurate cycle counts for all W.I.P. (all unfinished products) Reports cycle counts to the Production Planner or said person who is requesting the information Perform audits of the Bills of Materials Provides administrative back up for Daily Purchasing in the absence of Buyer/Materials Planner Provides back up for Shop Order Control in the absence of Production Technical Resource Performs other duties as required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 5 years Production experience in high-speed bakery operation Computer aptitude, including experience with Ms Office and Excel Good math skills Ability to speak, read, and write English 3 to 6 months on the job training Ability to do overhead lifting and bending Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Possessing normal to excellent manual dexterity and motor skills Possessing good eye-hand coordination Possessing excellent listening and comprehension skills Must be able to perform job duties at a pace that is consistent with pace set by Production Planner Possess strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others in a team environment EEO Statement Dessert Holdings and its related entities provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristics protected by law.
