Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 base + performance bonus (equity/profit-sharing negotiable)

17 Hands, LLC is managing the confidential search for a Creative Director on behalf of a rapidly growing jewelry brand with a strong foundation and a passionate following. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary creative leader to shape the look, feel, and future of a brand as it expands into new markets and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision, identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Lead creative direction for seasonal collections, campaigns, packaging, and retail experiences.
• Direct and oversee photoshoots, digital campaigns, and visual content for social, e-commerce, and marketing channels.
• Develop innovative packaging, in-store displays, and presentation materials that elevate brand perception.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a small but high-impact creative team while collaborating closely with leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally within jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, or related industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating success in brand identity, visual storytelling, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on expertise with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Experience directing photography, styling, and digital content.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
