Human Resources Manager
- Develop and lead the overall people and talent strategy in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention
- Create and implement programs that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and career growth
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Lead learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability and strengthen organizational performance
- Build and refine company policies, practices, and processes to support scalability and efficiency
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on people-related matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in talent management, people operations, or organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices across recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
