Stick Flux Core Welder

**Welders** **1st & 2nd shift - $30-$32/HR** **Responsibilities:** + Perform custom welding using flux-core and stick welding techniques. + Execute welding tasks within an A.S.M.E. regulated environment. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and assembly. + Participate in testing using SMAW horizontal and vertical techniques. + Maintain a strong adherence to safety and quality standards. **Essential Skills:** + At least 6 months experience in short run welding and blueprint reading. + Experience from a technical school program is acceptable. + A commitment to helping out in various tasks as needed. **Why Work Here?** + Our company offers a contract-to-union opportunity with scheduled pay increases and holiday pay after 30 days. + Enjoy comprehensive union benefits with no deductible, including medical, dental, vision, and hearing coverage. + We contribute $1.10 to your 401K for every hour worked. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.80/hr.
