Administrative Assistant needed for local accounting firm’s New Bedford Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones with professionalism and confidence
- Route calls appropriately using multi-office phone system
- Administrative support to all staff
- Maintain office supplies
- Errands as necessary
- Occasional travel to Plymouth or Martha’s Vineyard Office
- Client information services - intake, setup, scanning tax documents
- Processing tax returns for delivery
- 40 hours per week
- Possible extra hours during tax season as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Reliable
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
