The MissionAt Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, we believe the end of a legal journey should be the beginning of a lifelong relationship. We are looking for a Client Experience Ambassador to pilot our branded "Swag Van"—a mobile celebration unit designed to deliver more than just settlement checks.
In this role, you aren’t just a driver; you are the face of our firm’s success. Your mission is to transform the final step of the legal process into a world-class "Publisher’s Clearing House" moment, turning satisfied clients into raving brand advocates through high-energy engagement and digital storytelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe "Final Delivery" Experience: Navigate the branded Swag Van to client residences or workplaces to personally deliver settlement checks throughout Massachusetts. You are responsible for creating an atmosphere of joy, relief, and celebration.
Multimedia Content Creation: Capture the "win" by filming high-quality, authentic video testimonials. You will manage the end-to-end process of documenting client stories for use on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
Reputation Management: Actively guide clients through the process of leaving 5-star digital reviews on-site, ensuring their positive feedback is captured while the excitement is at its peak.
Strategic Referral Generation: Build genuine rapport to naturally identify potential referrals. You will ensure clients know exactly how to connect their friends and family to our firm should they ever need assistance.
Brand Advocacy & Social Media: Document the "Day in the Life" of the Swag Van. Create engaging stories and posts to boost brand visibility and community presence.
Fleet & Inventory Management: Maintain the "Swag Van" as a premium brand asset. This includes managing inventory (merchandise, gifts, snacks), ensuring the vehicle is spotless, and coordinating routine maintenance.
The Ultimate Connector: You possess an infectious, high-energy personality and the ability to build instant rapport with people from all walks of life.
Social Media Savvy: You have a "creator" mindset. You understand lighting, framing, and basic mobile editing (CapCut, Reels, etc.) to make content look professional and engaging.
Empathetic & Professional: You can pivot seamlessly from a high-energy celebration to a sincere, empathetic conversation, recognizing the hardships many clients have faced.
Persuasive Communicator: You can ask for reviews and referrals in a way that feels like a natural extension of a great relationship rather than a sales pitch.
Independent & Reliable: You are a self-starter who can manage a daily route, handle sensitive legal documents (checks), and maintain a tight schedule without constant supervision.
Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
Experience: Background in hospitality, public relations, brand ambassadorship, or high-end retail is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with iPhone photography/videography and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills; comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
Physicality: Ability to operate a large van and manage the loading/unloading of promotional materials.
Autonomy: Spend your days in the community, not behind a desk.
