COMPENSATION

• Starting Firefighter/Paramedic Salary $88,689
• Additional compensation opportunities include:
  • Educational Incentive Pay
    • $2,500 annual stipend
    • Up to 12% educational incentive based on degree attainment

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Lateral firefighter/paramedic transfers
• Certified Paramedics with current ACLS and CPR certifications at the time of hire
• Massachusetts or Pro-Board Firefighter I & II certified
• Currently enrolled in an accredited paramedic program with anticipated completion within six months of application
• Candidates with diverse personal, professional, and educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
