Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and nursing management within a healthcare facility setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid clinical background, and experience managing nursing teams while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and nursing services
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and clinical standards
- Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement and performance management initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with leadership, staff, patients, and families
Qualifications
- Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or nursing leadership experience preferred
- Active nursing license required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards required
