SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is seeking a driven Direct Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Telecommunications. In this field-based role, you will generate new residential and small business customers for our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services through direct and door-to-door sales. You'll present Astound's fiber-rich broadband and advanced WiFi solutions, tailor packages to customer needs, and close sales while delivering exceptional, customer-first service. Working in a collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll help expand our local footprint, build community relationships, and contribute to Astound's ongoing innovation and network expansion.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers for Astound broadband, TV, and phone services.
• Conduct door-to-door and field-based sales presentations highlighting Astound's fiber-rich, high-speed internet and advanced Wi
• Fi solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend bundled services, promotions, and pricing to maximize value and close sales.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and accurately track activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teams on local campaigns, community events, and referral programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Astound products, network coverage, and competitors to effectively position solutions.
• Deliver customer-first service, ensuring smooth order entry, installation scheduling, and handoff to support teams.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Represent Astound professionally in local communities, building brand awareness and strong customer relationships.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve offers, messaging, and customer experience.
