TravelNurseSource is working with GQR Healthcare to find a qualified Home Health RN in Southborough, Massachusetts, 01772!
**Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days/Part•Time****Location:** Southborough, MA **Job Description:**Join our team as a part•time Home Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes on a 13•week contract, with potential for extension. **Key Responsibilities:**• Provide high•quality nursing care and patient education.• Collaborate on patient care plans.
• Use EMR systems; Home Care Home Base experience preferred.
• Maintain accurate documentation. **Requirements:**• Valid MA RN License and BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of Home Health RN experience.
• OASIS documentation experience preferred. **Schedule:**• 24 hours per week, day shifts.
• No on•call; flexibility to float if needed. **Additional Information:**• COVID•19 vaccination not required.
