What You’ll Do:

As an HVAC Technician, you’ll collaborate with our talented team to complete high-quality service and repairs that consistently exceed customer expectations. Your role is essential to ensuring our clients live in homes that are comfortable, healthy, and energy-efficient.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Repair HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.

• Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

• Showcase your professional expertise to gain referrals and repeat business.

• Complete jobs according to our system and process.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site and a well-stocked truck.

• Engage in continuous learning, participating in training to master new skills.

• Complete all required documentation and communication accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are not only highly skilled but also driven, communicative, and passionate about their work. You’ll need:

• Experience in HVAC repair and installation.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A passion for Sinclaire Home Services and a desire to represent our brand with pride.

• Integrity, strong social skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

• A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with a desire for continual improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• HVAC repair experience.

• EPA Certification (required).

• Oil burner license (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to climb ladders and perform moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds).

• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to pass a background check (CORI).
