Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

Perform quality audits of the facility and processes, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Support work order management and assist with micro preparation, testing, and release of samples. Aid in routine support tasks such as sampling, checks, and documentation, as assigned by the QA Supervisor. Follow GMP/GLP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of the facility and processes following GMP guidelines.
• Support the management of work orders.
• Assist with the preparation, testing, and release of samples.
• Perform routine support tasks including sampling, checks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the QA Supervisor and follow their guidance.

Qualifications

• Exposure to biologics and media preparation.
• Hands-on experience with QA testing and documentation.
• Experience in food chemistry and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in quality control testing and sample preparation.
• Knowledge in food science, microbiology testing, and food analysis.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a food manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Associate's degree or a high school diploma with relevant manufacturing experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ayer, MA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ayer,MA.
