Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part-time Softball Pitching Instructors for players of all ages. We are looking for individuals that want to work at a professional training facility and contribute to the expansion of Frozen Ropes in the Metrowest Boston area.
New instructors will be paid during an initial training period.
Responsibilities include:
- Baseball and Softball instruction for players of all ages in group classes and private lessons held at our facility and at offsite locations
- Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
- Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
- Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
- Use of video analysis system
- Setting up rental equipment
- Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup
- Detailed knowledge of softball pitching
- High School or College softball pitching experience
- Experience as a softball pitching instructor is preferred
- Willingness to work on a team of instructors
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a love for the game
- Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days
