Coordinator, Marketplace Operations

A Brief Overview
As the Marketplace Operations Coordinator, you'll support our mission to deliver exceptional consumer experiences across branded channels and external marketplace platforms including Amazon, Amazon FBA, and URBN. Reporting to the Marketplace Manager, you'll drive day-to-day marketplace operations while maintaining optimal account health and SLA compliance. In this role, you'll manage daily marketplace orders and collaborate with internal teams including Distribution Center, Customer Service, IT, and DTC Merchandise Operations to proactively identify opportunities and resolve operational challenges. You'll configure products in our 3rd party integration systems, ensuring all marketplace-specific data requirements are met for seamless product launches, while conducting regular catalog audits to maintain premium brand integrity across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include submitting price adjustments through internal approval systems, creating engaging Amazon content using Storefront and A+ content tools, and actively monitoring and resolving listing issues through case management with external Account Managers. You'll also support FBA shipments via Seller Central and internal POS systems, tracking shipments and managing Amazon disputes as needed, while assisting with purchase order auditing and tracking for our Quality Control program. We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with marketplace management experience who is passionate about problem-solving and enhancing consumer experiences through operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Support daily open marketplace orders & account health/standing to ensure adherence to Marketplace SLAS.
- Partner with various internal teams including the Distribution Center, Customer Service, IT and DTC Merchandise Operations to proactively identify issues and opportunities.
- Partner with 3rd party integrator ensuring all marketplace specific data requirements are met and launch products without error.
- Submit price adjustments through internal systems for approval, ensuring all pricing reflects correctly in data feed and live on marketplace channels.
- Assist in listing issues by actively monitoring requests and cases, collaborating closely with the external account managers to facilitate timely and effective resolutions.
- Perform regular product catalog checks to improve our catalog integrity across marketplaces to help present premium brand experience on 3P marketplaces.
- Support content creation on the marketplace to deliver premium brand experience, utilizing tools such as Amazon Storefront, A+ content, and additional features to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Support Marketplace Operations Specialist with FBA Shipments in Seller Central and internal POS system, track shipments and receipts. Open disputes/cases with Amazon as necessary.
- Assist Marketplace Manager with auditing and purchase order placement and tracking related to the Quality Control program.

How You'll Be Successful
- Ecommerce experience, with specific experience working with 3P Marketplaces a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills [internal and external communication/communication at all levels]
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central for inventory and order management
- Skills to setup items, meeting data requirements to launch on 3P channels
- Willingness to learn and grow in corporate environment
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently to solve problems
- Understanding of consumer experience in external channels
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- 1-2 years eCommerce experience required
- 1-2 years experience with 3rd party Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Target, URBN, etc.) preferred
- 1-2 years Experience working with 3rd party integrators such as Rithum preferred
- General understanding of eCommerce KPIs required
- SAP/FMS Experience preferred
- Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Experience at a large corporation, specifically within Footwear/Apparel preferred
SALARY / PAY RANGE: Min: $50,400 Max: $56,000
