Quality Control Technician
We’re looking for a motivated Quality Control Technician to join our plastic manufacturing team!
This role is critical in ensuring our plastic products meet customer specifications and quality standards. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on plastic manufactured products
- Measure and verify product dimensions and specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify defects, non-conformances, and support corrective actions
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
- Help ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer skills and proficiency
- Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred
- Proficient GD & T skills
- Knowledge with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read product drawings, work instructions, and product specifications
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
Location: Plastic Design Industries LLC 180 Middlesex St No. Chelmsford MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00a-4:00p
