Position: Registered Nurse – Hospice SNSN SN
Location: Plymouth, MA.
Shift: Days – 4x8s (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Duties:
• Provide hospice nursing care in outpatient settings, patient homes, and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct 4–5 patient visits per day for routine hospice care and case management.
• Travel approximately 30–50 miles daily between patient locations.
• Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams.
• Document patient care and case management activities per facility guidelines.
Requirements
• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum hospice nursing experience required
• Home health and outpatient hospice experience preferred
• Ability to travel daily between patient visits required
• Must be comfortable providing care in patient homes and facility settings
• No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
• Travelers must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last 6 months as travel, perm, or per diem staff
• Interview availability required at time of submission
• All RTO requests must be included at time of submission
• Mileage reimbursed per IRS guidelines
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on assignment
