BayRidge Hospital provides accessible high quality substance use and mental health treatment across inpatient partial hospitalization and outpatient services.

BayRidge is part of a coordinated continuum of care with Beverly Hospitals psychiatric services and the Leland Unit ensuring comprehensive acute inpatient support for individuals experiencing psychiatric disabilities.

What Youll Do

• Administer and monitor psychotropic medications

• Assess and manage drug and alcohol withdrawal

• Utilize de escalation techniques and restraint management when clinically necessary

• Partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe therapeutic care

• Support patients through stabilization recovery and treatment planning

What Were Looking For

• Current Massachusetts RN license (required)

• BLS required

• BSN preferred

• Demonstrated competence in:

• Psychotropic medication administration & monitoring

• Substance use withdrawal management

• De escalation and restraint management

Scheduled hours:

32 hours day shift every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Pay Range:

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors that may include seniority education training relevant experience relevant certifications geographyof work location job responsibilities or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials call pay premium pay overtime pay and other additional pay practices as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
