Job Description
Join Our Growing Team at Trio Development!
Trio Development is a fast-growing boutique design/build firm specializing in residential construction in the Newton and Greater Boston areas. We are committed to providing the highest level of product and service in a friendly, caring, and family-like environment . Our design center is what sets us apart, offering a one-stop-shop experience for sophisticated buyers looking for custom solutions.
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help continue our success. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence in delivering outstanding living environments.
As a Project Manager at Trio, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the seamless coordination of all aspects of the development process. You will work closely with subcontractors, custom clients, designers, architects, and engineers to ensure the highest standards of quality. You will also manage project budgets, track inventory, organize schedules, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader —someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and able to efficiently delegate tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach. A strong proficiency in computer management programs is a mandatory skill for this role. You must be comfortable using these tools to manage and track all aspects of the project, including schedules, budgets, and reporting. Expertise in writing reports and staying organized is critical.
We prefer someone who takes initiative , offers recommendations and feedback , and continuously looks for ways to improve both the company and the project process. The ideal candidate should be someone who can think outside the box , approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, and turn obstacles into opportunities before seeking help.
You must also be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved when necessary, maintaining an emphasis on keeping the job site clean and safe . Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the property is always locked and secured at the end of each day to maintain safety and protect valuable materials and equipment.
The ideal candidate should also be adaptable, willing to come early, stay late, and show up on weekends if needed to ensure project success. We also prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, and a Construction Supervisor License is highly preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
- Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company
