Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated construction project manager to join our dynamic team at Coletta Contracting Co., Inc. As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the project team as well as, planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing project budgets, creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution.
- You will conduct regular site inspections & meetings, review construction plans and specifications, identify potential risks, implement proactive measures to mitigate them and verify that all the work is performed to the highest quality standards.
