Job Description
The Server Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests by providing support to the serving team and ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. They work closely with the servers to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
-Cleaning and setting up tables.
-Providing chips and salsa
-Refilling beverages
-Clearing dirty utensils and replenishing them as necessary
-Cleaning and reorganizing tables after customers leave
-Following health and safety regulations in all kitchen and restaurant areas
-Performing closing restaurant tasks

We are seeking Server Assistants who enjoy serving customers with a high sense of urgency and kindness. No customer in Puerto Vallarta should feel ignored.

The Server Assistant should:
-Greet all arriving, departing, or restroom-seeking customers.
-Address individuals with respectful adjectives.
-Introduce yourself to the table using phrasing.
-Use the verb "would like" instead of "want."
-Repeat orders if requested.
-Anticipate needs.
-Always keep your assigned table clean and orderly.
-Pay special attention to detail in cleaning tables, sofas, chairs, overall seating, and floors.
The only difference between you and the waiter is that you don't take orders.

Descripción del puesto
Asiste en la experiencia total al mesero, ayudando a:
-Limpiar y montar las mesas
-Limpiar y montar las mesas
-Otorgar chips y salsa de bienvenida
-Rellenar las bebidas
-Retirar los utensilios sucios y reponerlos, en caso necesario
-Limpiar y reorganizar las mesas después de que se vayan los clientes
-Seguir las normativas de salud y seguridad en todas las zonas de la cocina y el restaurante.
-Realizar tareas de cierre del restaurante

Estamos buscando Ayudantes de Meseros que les guste servir a los clientes con alto sentido de urgencia y amabilidad. Ningún cliente en Puerto Vallarta debe sentirse ignorado.
Que disfrute, del trabajo en equipo, la comunicación efectiva y entienda que todo el restaurante es su responsabilidad, no solo su área.
Tener una actitud positiva con enfoque en resolución de problemas de todo tipo, estar abierto al cambio y con disposición para recibir retroalimentación, es indispensable en nuestra empresa.
Es necesario que adapte su estilo de trabajo a nuestro sistema y que tenga apertura a los cambios y nuevos procesos.
El ayudante de mesero debe de.
- Saludar a todos los clientes que llegan se van o buscan el baño.
- Referirse a las personas con adjetivos de respeto.
- Presentarse en la mesa con fraseología.
- Utilizar el verbo gustaría en vez de quiere.
- Repetir la orden en caso de que le pidan algo.
- Adelantarse a las necesidades.
- Mantener su mesa limpia y ordenadas en todo momento.
- Atención especial al detalle en limpieza de, mesas, sillones, sillas, en su totalidad y pisos.
La única diferencia entre el mesero y tu es que tu no tomas órdenes.
