Customer Service / Greeter / BDC representative/ Office Assistant
The new management team at Jaffarian Toyota Volvo is looking for a dynamic, organized and detail oriented individual to join our team and grow within our organization.
- Ability to promote great customer service and manage higher call volume with our BDC department
- Toyota and Volvo brand training
- Will help maintain highest level of customer service
- Answering calls and working with departments to help customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills and people skills
- Able to work within a great team
- Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
