We’re hiring a Nurse Manager who wants a fulfilling leadership role with work-life balance and community impact.
You’ll step into an outpatient management role supporting team performance, staff development, and patient care coordination. You’ll guide RNs and MAs across primary care and lab services, with occasional hands-on clinical work. This role gives you autonomy while contributing to a mission-driven care model.

What makes you a great fit
• You’re a licensed RN in Massachusetts
• You have at least 1–2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role
• You’ve worked in community health or primary care
• You lead with clarity, compassion, and structure
• You are BLS certified and EMR proficient
• You’re welcome here if bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole, but it is not required
Compensation & Benefits
• $91,500–$108,000 base salary
