About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive & Legal Assistant to support our in house legal team with administrative and project-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting attorneys and legal operations personnel.
Responsibilities
· Assist with legal department projects
· Draft, proofread, edit, redact, organize, track, maintain, and file various business documents in accordance with established protocols, including presentations, spreadsheets, graphs/charts, letters, messages, reports, memorandums, agreements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents as requested
· Assist with ongoing administration and management of our legal technology platform/CLM
· Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, phone/email/mail support, misc. office duties)
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a legal environment
· Familiarity with in house legal departments is a plus
· Demonstrated experience with legal technology preferred
· Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions within an organization
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and self-direct to ensure accountabilities are fulfilled
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
