In the role of Service Advisor, you will ensure exceptional customer service by managing service appointments, communicating vehicle issues clearly, and coordinating with technicians to deliver timely and high-quality repairs. Your expertise and friendly approach will help maintain strong customer relationships and support the smooth operation of our service center.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their automotive service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and effectively manage service workflow.
• Communicate vehicle service details and repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely completion of repairs.
• Provide cost estimates and explain service charges to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department area.

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and a professional demeanor.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
