Website and Digital Media Analytics Manager

Hybrid 3 onsite a week - flex days in Boston, MA

Our client is engaging a contractor to join the Insights and Analytics function to manage website and digital media analytics operations. The engagement will focus on tagging governance, privacy-aligned data capture, and performance reporting across web, email, and media channels.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Lead tagging and taxonomy operations across web, email, and media to align data capture with cross-brand measurement objectives.
• Oversee agency and vendor tagging processes to ensure accurate deployment of tagging specifications, trafficking sheets, and measurement standards across campaigns.
• Manage website analytics operations and direct vendor-led Google Analytics tagging and configuration to produce analytics-ready performance data.
• Partner with privacy and legal teams to ensure compliant collection, storage, and reporting of data.
• Own data quality assurance for third-party media data feeds by validating weekly publisher files for timely, clean ingestion and proper mapping to analytics standards.
• Deliver channel-specific analytics projects and ad hoc reporting across web, email, and digital media initiatives.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics operations and reporting.
• Deep familiarity with digital measurement strategies and tagging and taxonomy frameworks.
• Proven experience partnering with internal teams and external agencies on end-to-end analytics projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Fundamental understanding of privacy, consent, and data compliance considerations and processes.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience (preferred).
• Experience with tag management systems such as Tealium or Google Tag Manager (preferred).

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
