The Role
The Role We're seeking a Landscape Installation Site Supervisor to lead residential installation projects from the ground up—someone with solid experience who can run a job site, support their crew, and deliver thoughtful, high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day landscape installation sites
- Direct and support crew members in the field with clarity and respect
- Execute both hardscape and softscape elements
- Ensure correct plant handling, placement and care
- Communicate clearly with clients about progress and logistics
- Regular communication with the owner about site conditions , changes and timelines
- Keep job sites organized, safe, professionaland on track
Qualifications
- 4+ years of landscape installation experience
- Prior experience leading or supervising crews on-site
- Strong understanding of planting and landscape construction fundamentals
- Experience with wholesale nurseries
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a site
- Clear, respectful communication style
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
- Reliability and good judgment in the field
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with ecological, native, or plant-forward landscaping
- Experience with irrigation
- Experience with irregular stone flagging

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
