Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining and metalworking, is seeking a dedicated Milling Tender Operator to join their team. As a Milling Tender Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the efficient operation of toothing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Milling Tender Operator

Location: East Longmeadow, MA

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:15pm – 11:45pm

What's the Job?

• Check traveler to ensure proper material is being loaded.
• Load and unload milling machines efficiently and safely.
• Feed material from payoff trays to the toothing machine accurately.
• Manage material from the toothing machine to the take-up trays at the end of a run.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, orderly condition.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions and signals with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.
