**Enterprise Account Executive - AI& Machine Learning**

**What You Will Do**
+ Proactively identify, research, and engage new enterprise prospects across a defined territory or vertical.
+ Build a healthy, opportunity-rich pipeline by reaching new buyers and initiating conversations around AI data and training services.
+ Own the full AI sales cycle. From prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and close - strategically leverage each stage to advance the sale and close deals.
+ Present Lionbridge's AI solutions in a compelling and consultative way, customizing value propositions for client-specific use cases.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and machine learning, using insights to tailor outreach and open doors with relevance.
+ Collaborateclosely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successfuloutcomes and foster strong relationships.
+ Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting, contributing to overall strategy and planning.
+ Act as abrand ambassador for Lionbridge, always representing the company withprofessionalism and integrity
**To Be Successful You WillHave**
+ Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience selling AI/ML services or data-centric technology solutions.
+ Ability to communicate business-outcome differentiated value that solves customer pain points.
+ A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging new accounts, and opening doors to high-level decision makers.
+ Confidence in navigating complex organizations and leading multi-stakeholder sales conversations while fostering trust and credibility.
+ Strategicmindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize onopportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector.
+ Ability to balance persistence and adaptability-knowing when to push, pivot, or personalize your approach.
+ Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance.
+ High level of energy, curiosity, and resilience in the face of ambiguity and changing market dynamics.
+ A genuine passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies-and the creativity to connect them to business needs.
+ Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry engagements.
