The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the complete hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, and experience recruiting for IT and technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and full-time technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate qualifications.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting events.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates for technical roles including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Conduct resume reviews and phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support recruitment reporting, pipeline tracking, and workforce planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable recruitment guidelines.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting software developers, cybersecurity professionals, infrastructure specialists, and other IT roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience supporting public sector or government-related hiring environments is a plus.
