Quality Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Java‑Selenium while developing robust test scripts and validating end‑to‑end application functionality.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Manager job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java‑Selenium to validate application functionality and performance.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks to support regression, functional, and integration testing.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with engineering teams for timely resolution.

• Execute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and high‑quality releases.

• Analyze test results, generate reports, and recommend improvements to strengthen overall software quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of professional experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.

• Proven hands‑on expertise in Java‑Selenium automation, including building and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Strong understanding of test execution, defect management, and CI/CD‑based automated testing, ensuring high‑quality application releases.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
