Senior Practice Administrator – Neuropsychology Services

Location: Needham, MA (On-site)

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Practice Administrator to support daily operations in a behavioral healthcare setting. This role ensures smooth coordination of administrative processes, assists with billing and insurance, and supports HR-related functions. The ideal candidate brings healthcare administrative experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and insurance-related processes
• Support HR functions including staff credentialing and record management
• Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and organized filing systems
• Handle phone inquiries, gather patient information, and direct communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
• Professional background in the medical field, with direct exposure to insurance billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA

Nice to have experience:

• Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
