Payroll Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and ensure the accuracy of employee payroll data. This role will focus on maintaining payroll records, processing wage calculations, supporting payroll reporting, and assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update employee information in payroll systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across payroll and HR systems
- Perform wage calculations and assist with payroll processing
- Maintain payroll documentation and compliance records
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide support as needed
- Assist with payroll reporting and data tracking
- Support ad hoc HR and timekeeping tasks
