Funding Quality Assurance Associate

_ Schedule: _ Monday to Friday, 11:30am - 8pm EST
_ Compensation: _ $23.37/hour plus a bonus!

_ What you will do: _
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Ensure quality and system integrity of audited deals which allows and promotes policies and procedures.
- Following set audit parameters to ensure loan packages are processed without any compliance infractions.
- Finalize the booking process for audited deals that are ready to fund, ensuring timely disbursement of payments to dealer partners for funded loans.
- Evaluate and test or modified procedures used to verify that system function according to auditing parameters requirements and conform to established guidelines.
- Document return audit results to allow us to improve areas of deficiency (areas of improvement)
- Detail and monitor DRR (Deal Return Rate) metrics to track the progress and outcomes of the funding process.
_ What you bring: _
- At least 1+ years within Funding and/or Underwriting at FHF
- Loan documentation review experience within a Loan Operations environment.
- Possesses a working knowledge of loan origination documents within the auto industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete daily assigned audits.
