Registered Nurse - Community Health Clinic

We're urgently hiring a Registered Nurse to join a community-based outpatient clinic. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, this full-time RN role could be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage walk-in and phone patients and assist with urgent care needs
• Support providers during minor procedures (IUDs, biopsies, catheterizations)
• Educate patients on care plans, medications, and follow-up steps
• Administer meds, monitor vitals, manage wound care, and escalate as needed
• Rotate through prescription and call center lines

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• 6+ months RN experience in outpatient or ambulatory settings
• Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel) and clear documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual skills (especially Haitian-Creole)
• Experience using EHR systems
• Familiarity with community health education or care coordination
