Machine Operator / Carbide Grind
Stanley Black & Decker – East Longmeadow, MA

Join the team behind iconic brands like DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, and LENOX. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for our manufacturing facility.

Pay & Schedule:

• $21.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Training: 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate coating and grinding equipment according to established procedures
• Load/unload parts, tools, and equipment
• Set up fixtures and ensure proper part preparation
• Clean and maintain processing chambers and work areas
• Monitor cycles and ensure quality standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting, process adjustments, and machine maintenance
• Assist with production support activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow detailed instructions
• Basic knowledge of vacuum technology/physics is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours
