Boston Institute of Biotechnology LLC (BIB) together with its affiliate BiBo Pharma , is one of the world’s largest Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) by capacity, delivering integrated cGMP and non-GMP services across mammalian and microbial platforms. As we enter a phase of rapid global expansion, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing professional at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level who is ready to make a visible international impact and grow into a future leadership role.

This is not a narrow marketing role. It is an opportunity for a dynamic professional who enjoys building, shaping, and elevating a global brand while working directly with executives, scientists, and international teams.

What You Will Do

You Will Serve As a Key Marketing Driver For BIB’s U.S. And European Presence, Owning Both Strategic And Executional Initiatives, Including

• Strengthening global messaging across corporate presentations, executive decks, website releases, and social media
• Designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and scientific SMEs
• Managing conference marketing activities (booth strategy, collateral, digital promotion, logistics coordination)
• Coordinating marketing literature, digital assets, videos, and graphics for U.S. and global audiences
• Managing website updates and supporting digital brand presence
• Organizing technical webinars and virtual events
• Executing targeted email marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
• Processing and managing conference leads in collaboration with BD teams
• Conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Collaborating closely with global marketing counterparts, particularly in China, to ensure unified international branding

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of CDMO marketing experience (biologics preferred; CGT or small molecules also considered)
• Strong experience supporting U.S. and European market activities; European experience is a plus
• Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional writing and editing ability
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise and strong visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in social media tools, video editing, graphic design, and marketing software
• Experience supporting international biologics conferences and event logistics
• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, global environment
• Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable “wearing multiple hats”
• Resilient, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growth organization
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Salary Range: $110,000 – $160,000
