We pride ourselves on a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment approach, with a steadfast focus on recovery.
Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Staff Psychiatrist to enhance our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional psychiatric care and make a significant impact in the field of mental health.

New Inpatient Unit - Dodge 1: Our latest addition is Dodge 1, a 12-bed, dual diagnosis inpatient unit offering intensive treatment in a supportive environment.
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) : Located in Brookline, Dedham, Lowell, and Woburn, our PHPs provide a crucial transitional step from inpatient care or as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization. These programs operate Monday to Friday, from 9am-2pm, with individualized treatment durations.
Treatment Orientation & Approach: Our PHPs incorporate evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, and MI. The focus is on group therapy, patient education, medication management, and individual aftercare planning.
