We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician in South Yarmouth, MA to take charge of the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, from rental units and common areas to grounds and parking lots.

During on-call you will be handling to properties with milage reimbursement. The properties are located at Barnstable, MA and Yarmouth, MA

Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday & on-call. You will follow a set schedule pattern, with any changes communicated by your supervisor. Flexibility and adaptability are needed.

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

• Keep our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal.
• Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough ‘turnover’ maintenance.
• Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
• Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and vacant unit turn over.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents.
• Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
