AP Accounts Specialist (Entry Level)
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an entry level AP Accounts Specialist in Woburn, Massachusetts (MA). This client is a national Engineering & Research company that promotes career advancement.. This role will work in a hybrid model, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and input payables and payable entries
- Review and process invoices
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matches on invoices
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
- Maintain vendor files
- Prepare AP reconciliations
- Manage the AP email account
- Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 0-1 years of experience in an accounting or AP related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
