THE POSITION:

The Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping patients manage chronic conditions. This role involves coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH. Massachusetts State Healthcare Provider license or willing to obtain one.

Certifications Needed:

This position may require one or more of these certifications: BLS
