We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Manager / Account Manager with experience in the packaging industry. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service, accurate order management, and long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate understands packaging processes, materials, lead times, and customer needs—and can effectively communicate between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing daily communications and ensuring a high level of service.

• Oversee order entry, order tracking, production scheduling coordination, and on-time delivery.

• Maintain deep understanding of packaging products, materials, and manufacturing capabilities to provide accurate guidance to customers.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support account retention and growth.

• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, quality, logistics, and specifications; coordinate resolutions internally.

• Prepare account status reports, forecasts, and customer activity summaries as required.

• Collaborate with sales, production, design, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and industry standards.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell packaging solutions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service or account management experience in the packaging industry (flexible packaging, corrugated, folding cartons, labels, or similar strongly preferred).

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and order lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ERP systems, order entry, and customer portals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
