An overnight pharmacist position is available at a closed-door long-term care facility, offering a unique 7 on/7 off schedule in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to work overnight hours in a fast-paced, high-volume environment processing around 600 prescriptions daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations throughout the shift

Schedule:

• Monday through Sunday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 nights off

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Frameworks software
