Sales Manager - Rotating Equipment
Our client is an established player within the Air Compressor and Industrial Equipment sector, supporting customers across a broad national footprint.
They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a regional team and drive continued expansion within their market.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales leadership, along with experience working in industrial or technical environments.
This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibility for coaching sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Base Salary: Competitive
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): High earning potential
