equipment improvements with a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal person will thrive leading root cause analysis, product development, process validation and implement sustainable corrective action plans.

responsibilities:

• Collaborate with manufacturing team, operators and quality to troubleshoot production issues

• Lead root cause and implement sustainable corrective action plans

• Support preventative maintenance strategies

• Increase machine uptime and efficiency through process optimization

• Lead product development and process validation

Qualifications:

• BS degree in engineering, 3+ years related experience within a manufacturing machine environment

• Proven experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement coupled with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in harmony with cross-function teams in a fast-paced production environment

• Must have exceptional communication skills with a positive 'can-do' attitude

• Familiarity with PLCs, web handling machinery is a huge plus!
