Remote Registered Dietitian Nutrition Coach

Zoë Schroeder Nutrition is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team.

Zoë Schroeder Nutrition is a rapidly growing virtual nutrition coaching practice specializing in sustainable fat loss, body composition change, and behavior-focused nutrition coaching for women. Our mission is to help clients break free from restrictive dieting and create lasting results through evidence-based, personalized support.

We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian Nutrition Coach who is excited to grow within a collaborative, client-centered practice. This role has strong potential to expand into a larger caseload and long-term leadership opportunities as our company continues to scale.

This is an excellent fit for an RD who loves coaching, values meaningful client relationships, and wants to focus on delivering high-quality care without the stress of running their own business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual 1:1 nutrition coaching sessions
• Support clients with sustainable fat loss, body composition, and behavior change goals
• Deliver personalized recommendations using our coaching framework and methodology
• Provide accountability, encouragement, education, and ongoing support
• Document client sessions and maintain organized communication
• Collaborate with the team to improve client experience and outcomes
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client care

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN)
• Eligible to practice within the United States
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and coaching presence
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Passion for behavior change, sustainable nutrition, and client-centered care
• Alignment with our philosophy and mission

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-$60/hour
