Location: Massachusetts
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
This role focuses on providing structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will help clients address relationship challenges, emotional stressors, and life transitions while delivering consistent, outcome-driven care. Your daily work directly supports long-term mental wellness through evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using approved clinical methods
- Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Coordinate care with internal clinical teams when appropriate
- Follow all state licensing and telehealth compliance standards
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
