Philanthropy Assistant, Major Gifts
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, mail management, and preparing meeting materials.
- Data Management: Maintain and update organizational and management systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist in generating reports as needed.
- Communication: Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations. Provide timely email and phone communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Support: May include, but not limited to, P-card review and reconciliation, expense reimbursement processing. May assist with preparing donor acknowledgement and correspondence.
- Event Support: May contribute to the logistical planning and execution of meetings, events and programs.
- Collaboration: May collaborate with colleagues on team-wide or Division-wide ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Orientation: Customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with peers, leadership, donors and external contacts.
- Organization: Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-through on a variety of projects under the close supervision of a manager. Good attention to detail with ability to perform and complete tasks with accuracy.
- Problem-Solving: Must possess the ability to identify issues and proactively work to resolve problems.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with care.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
