Schulte Staffing is seeking an experienced Flexo/Hybrid Operator to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Peabody, Ma! This is a 2nd shift temp-to-perm role offering an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge hybrid printing technology while contributing to the production of high-quality label products.

Hours and Pay Rate

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM
• Starting pay: $25/hour, with a $1/hour shift differential

Job Description
The Flexo/Hybrid Operator will set up, operate, and maintain hybrid presses combining traditional stations with a high-tech digital inkjet engine. This role requires a tech-savvy individual capable of navigating multiple computer systems and managing system interfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and troubleshooting hybrid printing presses.
• Monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Performing routine press maintenance and calibrations.
• Managing system operations across multiple computers running the press.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have prior experience operating flexographic presses, with hybrid press experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, particularly in managing and navigating complex systems.
• Pay close attention to detail and prioritize delivering high-quality work.
• Be an effective communicator and team player.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and under time constraints.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a flexo press operator; hybrid press experience is a plus.
• Tech-savviness and comfort with using multiple system interfaces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
