Overview:
RiseUp Cleaning is hiring reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidate works well independently or with others, communicates clearly, and uses good judgment to solve problems on the job without needing hand-holding. You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, consistent support, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb cleans
• Work efficiently alone or with a team
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure top quality
• Use strong problem-solving skills and handle tasks independently
• Provide professional customer service and respond to client needs
• Report maintenance or safety issues when noticed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
• Confident performing all clean types (standard, deep, move in/out, Airbnb
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work without supervision
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Including: Stick or regular vacuum, mop, rags, scrubbers, spray bottles, Cleaning solutions (multi-surface, glass, tub/tile, degreaser, toilet bowl, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation across the Worcester area
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
• Punctual, dependable, and able to collaborate with other cleaners
