RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
• Process sales transactions, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain the boutiques appearance, ensuring it is a clean, organized, and inviting.
• Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records.
• Provide exceptional, customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assistant, marketing, and promotional activities, sales and customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently licensed and in good standing with the Board of Opticians for MA
• Previous experience and retail sales and administrative rules properly and eyewear or fashion industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with office software and point of sale systems.
• A keen eye for detail in a passion for fashion and eyewear.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
